Rick has been helping companies throughout North America for over 30 years in the area of Customer and Employee Experience / Service Management.
Over his career, Rick has worked with over 300 mid-commercial to large-enterprise customers. Starting in 1995 as a technical implementer of digital experience solutions, followed by becoming an ITIL Master and Six Sigma Green Belt advisor and consultant.
He has led and helped build multiple leading experience management consulting practices, including Lime Collar Group, Online Business Systems, Koan-IT, and Burntsand/Open Text and GE IT Solutions. He was most recently head of digital transformation and the ServiceNow business as CTO at Fully Managed by TELUS.
Rick is also a Customer and Employee Experience Advisor, Consultant, and Program Manager for BLUAUTOMATE
